Employee Relations Partner- Remote: Provide consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations
- Partner with Operational Management/Business HR/Labor Relations/Legal Teams
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management and legal compliance
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region
- Travel as needed to company sites within supported region

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major
- 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain impartial during investigations and handle confidential information appropriately
- Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision

Salary Information:

- Salary is determined based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications
- The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70K
