H1: Join Our Team as a Litigation Paralegal in San Francisco H2: Exciting Opportunity at a Leading Law Firm About the Role: As a Litigation Paralegal at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex cases, assisting in all phases of a matter from case inception through trial or resolution. Your responsibilities will include document management, preparation of court filings, conducting research, and assisting with trial preparation and logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in all phases of a matter from case inception through trial or resolution. - Coordinate document collections, reviews, and productions. - Manage case documents, including organization, review, and production. - Work with eDiscovery Resource Management team for electronic discovery proceedings. - Prepare court filings, including cite and fact checking, proofreading, and assembling exhibits. - Assist with depositions, including preparation of witness files, exhibits, and summaries. - Conduct factual or legal research and monitor legislative and administrative proceedings. - Assist with trial preparation and logistics. Ideal Candidate: - . - 4 years of relevant experience in litigation or comparable work experience. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. - Strong sense of accountability and ownership over projects. - Ability to follow complex instructions with high attention to detail. - Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. - Flexible to work overtime and travel as needed.
