Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: New York City

Job Summary:

- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial
- Responsible for calendaring case deadlines and drafting court filings
- Organize and review documents for production
- Prepare for depositions, meetings, and trials
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and legal assistants
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience required
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a large law firm
- Strong understanding of litigation practices and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and eDiscovery databases
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Notary Public preferred

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience required
- Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a large law firm

Compensation & Benefits:

- Annual compensation range of $90-120k, dependent on qualifications and other operational considerations
