As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of employment-related cases and provide counsel to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities:

- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination
- Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters
- Provide advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- 5+ years of litigation experience, with a background in employment law preferred
- Active MD bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
- Knowledge of current court and employment-related agency procedures
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork
