Responsibilities The General Liability Associate Attorney will be responsible for: - Managing a caseload of insurance defense matters, including all phases of litigation from inception to resolution. - Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. - Attending hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. - Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process. - Developing and implementing case strategy. - Assisting with the training and supervision of junior associates and support staff. - Continuously staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. - Participating in firm marketing and business development efforts.
