Frost Brown Todd LLP, a national law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Houston office. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients in various legal matters. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analyze legal sources such as statutes, judicial decisions, and legal codes
- Prepare legal documents including briefs, pleadings, and appeals for review and use by attorneys
- Investigate facts and laws of a case to determine causes of action and assist in case preparation
- File pleadings with court clerk, both personally and electronically
- Prepare affidavits and maintain document files
- Deliver subpoenas to witnesses and parties involved in the case

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
