Litigation Paralegal - Part-Time - Boston

The Law Firm of Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman & Guekguezian, LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Boston. This is a part-time position within our Litigation practice, and the ideal candidate will have experience with asbestos cases and PACE software. In this role, you will assist with various litigation matters, including drafting legal documents and correspondence, preparing motions and subpoenas, and providing support for trial preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with asbestos practice using PACE software
- Draft and prepare motions, subpoenas, correspondence, and legal documentation
- Provide support for trial preparation
- Summarize deposition transcripts and draft trial pleadings and other trial-related documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Experience with asbestos cases and PACE software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
