This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team and provides excellent opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities As a Medical Malpractice Paralegal, you will be responsible for working with a minimum of four (4) attorneys, calendaring, document management, and compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation. Other essential duties include review, creation, and organization of documents. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or a Paralegal Certificate. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements. In addition, candidates must have at least three (3) years of litigation work experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills are also required, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
