RumbergerKirk Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to support our attorneys in various practice areas, including trucking litigation, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. This position requires the ability to handle a large caseload, work collaboratively in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

- Document management: organizing, reviewing, and summarizing case documents
- Assisting in document production
- Preparing outlines and narrative summaries for medical records
- Setting up and maintaining databases
- Assisting in discovery investigations
- Traveling to accident scenes and impound yards for evidence
- Scheduling and attending depositions and conferences
- Preparing accurate timesheets
- Creating demonstrative aids and PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinating trial teams and attending trial
- Training new hires and providing coverage for other paralegals as needed
