This position is ideally suited for a candidate with two to five years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or the sciences and strong research and writing skills.

The Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation Associate will be responsible for:
• Litigating complex intellectual property and technology cases
• Drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Taking and defending depositions
• Preparing for and attending trial
• Understanding and analyzing complex scientific and engineering concepts
• Managing cases, assignments, and team members efficiently and effectively
• Working independently and as a member of a team
• Adapting to changing priorities and maintaining professionalism under pressure

The successful candidate will have strong creative problem solving, interpersonal, organization, planning, and communication skills. This position offers excellent opportunities for substantive case work and training to become a premier trial lawyer.
