This position is ideally suited for a candidate with two to five years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or the sciences and strong research and writing skills. The Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation Associate will be responsible for: • Litigating complex intellectual property and technology cases • Drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs • Taking and defending depositions • Preparing for and attending trial • Understanding and analyzing complex scientific and engineering concepts • Managing cases, assignments, and team members efficiently and effectively • Working independently and as a member of a team • Adapting to changing priorities and maintaining professionalism under pressure The successful candidate will have strong creative problem solving, interpersonal, organization, planning, and communication skills.
