Salary: Base compensation ranging from $310,000 to $390,000 per year (determined during interview process)

Experience: 4-6 years of experience with open-end (mutual) funds, closed-end funds, and/or exchange traded funds (ETFs)

Responsibilities:

- Represent investment companies, investment advisers, and board members on matters related to . federal securities law
- Provide active mentoring and opportunities for professional growth
- Work with a team of experienced lawyers on a variety of matters
- Collaborate with diverse range of premier global clients in the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas: open-end funds, closed-end funds, ETFs, and . federal securities law

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house at an asset manager preferred
- Strong knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and related rules and regulations
- JD from accredited law school and bar admission required
