Litigation Paralegal - Cleveland, OH

The Law Firm of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will work closely with a team of attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal support in a variety of litigation matters. Responsibilities:

- Work closely with a team of attorneys to provide legal support in various litigation matters, including calendaring, document management, and trial preparation.
- Review, create, and organize legal documents.
- Compile information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and update case files and databases.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation.
- Assist with legal research and drafting of legal documents.
- Meet annual billable hour requirement of 1,600 hours.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (may be required based on region, state, or client requirements).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours.
