Responsibilities:

- Prepare and proofread various legal documents
- Assist attorneys with case management and discovery
- Manage electronic case files and prepare for trial
- Travel nationwide to attend trials
- Follow client billing guidelines and accurately record billing entries
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Meticulous, diligent, and highly motivated
- Able to adapt to changing demands and make sound decisions
- Comfortable with learning new technology and processes
