Advice to law firm management:
Management needs to consider working on their building and providing standards to their employees. If people see this business is outdated they will leave.

Pros:
The location for this firm is perfect. They offer paid parking spaces and validate your parking if you need to park on the street. It's also very close to my apartment and I only have to walk a short distance to the location.

Cons:
The interior could be much better at this firm. I don't think this place has been renovated in a long time and the insides need some work. The plumbing is bad and rarely works and management never seems to make these changes.

Find ways to encourage people who do great work to stay in the firm instead of leaving to greener pastures.

Pros:
If you are just starting out like I was this is a great place to go and get a jumpstart in your career.

Cons:
People here tend to look for the next big thing and quickly leave. You will not be able to keep many friends.
