## IP Life Sciences Associate - Mid-Level

Arnold & Porter is seeking a mid-level patent litigation associate to join their Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group in their New York, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC offices. The position is part of the Patent Litigation team which combines trial and appellate experience, strategic approaches, and technological knowledge to enforce and defend clients' patent rights.

### Qualifications

* Minimum of three years of prior work experience handling and preferably managing Hatch-Waxman or biotherapeutics cases in District Court or before the PTAB
* Experience litigating and managing therapeutics cases (biologic or chemical)
* Strong research, writing and analytic skills
* Ability to manage and mentor more junior associates
* Strong management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and creatively
* Ability to work successfully as part of a team
* Technical life science undergraduate and/or graduate degree is preferred
* Excellent academic credentials and references
* Currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply

### Salary Range

The salary range for this position in New York, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC is $250,000 to $345,000, commensurate with experience.
