Class action experience would be very helpful but is not required. Familiarity with California civil procedure is also helpful.

The position will focus mostly on litigation and associated counseling. The lawyer filling this position will be in a position to run some cases immediately upon joining the firm. The salary range depends on the applicant’s law school class year and experience.
