Fair Housing Testing Coordinator

Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fair housing tests to identify and combat unlawful housing discrimination
- Develop testing strategy and select appropriate testers
- Analyze test reports and make recommendations for further investigation
- Maintain accurate records of testing activity
- Stay informed on federal, state, and local housing rules and regulations
- Assist in annual Fair Housing Month events
- Provide support to Fair Housing attorneys in grant reporting
- Manage HUD Education and Outreach Initiative Grant

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Experience meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
