Are you an experienced litigation paralegal with strong communication and organizational skills? Cozen O’Connor, a leading law firm in New York, is currently looking for a Global Insurance Paralegal to support their attorneys in the Global Insurance Department. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, including e-filing and trial experience, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation
- Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, discovery, and agreements
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Oversee and assist with the discovery process
- Maintain strong communication with clients, experts, and witnesses
- Conduct research and investigation
- Utilize computer databases for research
- Four-year bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required

Primary Responsibilities:

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling complex matters involving catastrophic injuries
- Ability to prioritize and balance a variety of tasks
- Proficiency in LEXIS, Westlaw, and other online research databases
