The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in these practice areas and be licensed to practice law in either Alabama or Florida. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $110, plus a performance bonus and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft transactional documents independently Attend client appointments and understand their expectations and business goals Actively seek opportunities to become involved in special projects and committees Complete all required administrative tasks, including time reporting, closed cases, and reports Utilize technology and automation in the practice of law Maintain high standards of file management and adhere to federal and state regulations and company policies Travel as needed to meet business needs Uphold the integrity of the Firm Qualifications: Current license to practice law in good standing with the Alabama or Florida Bar Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community associations Ability to participate in all aspects of the firm's professional activities Prior transactional experience in estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community association matters Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines efficiently and effectively Excellent research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management software Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and virtually Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality of client matters at all times Working Conditions: This is a full-time, exempt position in a professional office setting.
