Law Firm Hiring for Structured Transactions Paralegal in New York and Washington, .

Responsibilities:
- Draft legal agreements and transaction documentation
- Manage deal closings and closing mechanics
- Communicate with high-profile clients and third parties
- Liaise with corporate service companies for corporate orders
- Prepare and review SEC filings, UCC financing statements, and securities
- Compile and distribute final deal documentation
- Assemble closing sets of transaction documents and opinions
- Post-closing responsibilities

Qualifications:
- from accredited college or university
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Paralegal experience and transactional practice background preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Attention to detail for document review and preparation
- Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
- Self-starter with team player mentality
- Flexibility for overtime

Salary Information:
- Salary range for New York positions: $61, - $98,
- Salary to be determined based on experience and other factors
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and time off benefits
