Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 3+ years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting, representing clients in civil matters. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. Should also have deposition and motion experience. Litigation experience in the following practice areas is preferred: employment, construction, torts, and business litigation. Must have the ability to work as part of a team. Should have exemplary client relations skills. Must have an ability to successfully and simultaneously manage projects. Must have outstanding attention to detail and organization. Must have excellent writing, document drafting, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate. Should have a strong work ethic and professionalism.
