Overview:

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a nationally-ranked law firm, is seeking a senior level associate or Special Counsel with a strong background in federal and state privacy law. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing client counseling and assistance in data privacy and information security, advertising and marketing technology, and other consumer protection law matters. This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded team of attorneys and clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

- Provide clear and practical advice to clients on all current . state privacy laws and have general familiarity with international privacy laws
- Work directly with clients to address their privacy concerns and needs
- Handle regulatory investigations and privacy litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients and present findings and recommendations
- Manage multiple clients and maintain strong organizational skills

Qualifications:

- Previous law firm experience
- At least 7 years of experience in Privacy law matters
- Bar admission in an attorney's resident and/or affiliated office
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple clients
- Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills
