Law Firm is seeking an Entry Level Life Sciences Patent Agent or Scientific Analyst to join their team. This position is open in multiple offices, including San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, and Boston.

### Responsibilities

The Patent Prosecution Agent or Scientific Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

* Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
* Contributing to prosecution strategy
* Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the . Patent and Trademark Office
* Providing technical support for patent interference and litigation proceedings

* Boston, MA salary range: $105k - $125k
