Law firm **Members Only** is looking to hire an Associate Attorney to join their Environmental Practice group. The successful candidate will have 1–5 years of environmental legal experience and will work in either the Pittsburgh, Pa. or Washington, . office.

* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented

## Responsibilities

* Enforcement defense
* Transactional diligence
* Day-to-day compliance counseling
* Federal and state rulemaking and policy development
* Administrative litigation
* Advocacy before government agencies
