## Sr Paralegal - DLA Piper

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop, monitor, and update closing and other books and other documents
* Research, prepare, and file legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, managing data rooms, and matter files
* Coordinate execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation
* Develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
* 6 years’ Paralegal experience supporting a Finance practice group in a law firm or professional services environment
* Experience managing data rooms and matter files on document management systems
* Detail-oriented and self-motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of work

**Preferred Requirements:**

* Blue Sky experience
* Experience preparing and filing a variety of corporate legal documents (Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, state qualifications, consents, merger documents, closing books, electronic closing sets, initial drafts or certificates, short-form closing deliverables, and filing annual reports)
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Large firm experience

The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.

**Salary Range:**

In accordance with New York City, California, and Washington’s Pay Transparency Law, pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, California or Washington is $95k-$130k.
