Law firm Outten & Golden LLP is seeking a Senior Paralegal, Technical Specialist to provide support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. This role requires physical presence in the firm's New York, Washington DC, or San Francisco office at least three to four days per week, with additional on-site support during pretrial and trial phases.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for negotiations, arbitrations, trials, and settlement discussions
- Create trial and witness notebooks, identify and organize exhibits, and coordinate witness schedules
- Organize and prepare pleadings and discovery documents
- Support litigation by reviewing, finalizing, and compiling documents
- Manage the discovery process and prepare for depositions and expert discovery
- Conduct factual and legal research for case investigations and development
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents
- Maintain electronic case files and manage document discovery databases
- Interact and liaise with clients and vendors
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments for attorneys

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a paralegal or case manager at a law firm
- Strong familiarity with federal and NY state court litigation procedures
- Paralegal certification or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, with a major in computer science or similar preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle, SQL, PowerShell, HTML, Javascript, Python, CSS, and SharePoint a plus
- Experience building, mentoring, and developing a team
- Clear communication and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility and organization
- Ownership, initiative, and teamwork
- Enthusiasm and passion for advocating for employee rights

Compensation:
- Competitive compensation package, tailored to experience
- Target base compensation range of $115,000 to $120,000 per year
