Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated Immigration Paralegal to join our team in Washington, DC or Philadelphia, PA. As a leading immigration law firm, we handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters for multinational companies, universities, hospitals, and research organizations. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, a Bachelor's degree, and a passion for helping professionals navigate the immigration process.

Job Title: Immigration Paralegal

Salary:
- Entry Level: $45k
- Experienced: $60k - $80k

Location: Washington, DC or Philadelphia, PA (Fully remote or hybrid work options available)

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with attorneys and account managers to assist with employment-based immigration cases
- Communicate with clients, including scientists, scholars, and other professionals, to gather necessary information and guide them through the immigration process
- Conduct research and analyze complex immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and databases

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with excellent academic credentials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and navigate complicated rules and procedures
- Prior experience in immigration law is preferred, but not required
