The Law Firm of **Members Only** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in our firm's success by providing support to our attorneys and clients in personal injury litigation cases. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our skilled attorneys and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file pleadings with the courts
• Respond to written discovery and prepare initial disclosures
• Gather and organize medical records and other documentation
• Summarize deposition transcripts
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis
• Schedule depositions and subpoena witnesses
• Adhere to all firm policies and procedures
• Meet and exceed performance goals set by management
• Collaborate and cooperate with team members
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Lexis Advance
• Compassionate and empathetic client service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Personable phone interaction with clients, attorneys, and experts
• Proficient in computer and internet use
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Strong focus on meeting performance goals
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
