Job Description:

CSG Law, a leading law firm in Roseland, NJ, is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join our Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Municipal Land Use Law. The attorney will be responsible for handling development applications from inception to completion, including addressing resolution compliance and post-approval issues. First chair experience representing developers before planning boards and zoning boards is required.

In addition, experience negotiating redevelopment agreements and navigating the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law is preferred. Candidates must have New Jersey bar admission and experience, and admission in New York or other jurisdictions is a plus.
