Littler Mendelson . is seeking a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney. This position involves defending administrative agency charges from investigation to conclusion and requires excellent communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate has six or more years of experience in employment law, including position statement drafting and representing clients in hearings and mediations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Drafting position statements
- Responding to agency requests for information
- Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations

**Qualifications:**

- Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side
- A minimum of six years of employment law experience
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- An active bar license in the state of residence

**Compensation:**

Littler CaseSmart Counsel are full-time, remote attorneys with a reduced billable hours requirement and with no obligation to engage in any business-related travel or any required business development. The annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. We offer a generous benefits package to full-time and part-time employees working at least a 50% schedule.
