**Members Only**, a national law firm, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney for our Madison, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and be admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a growing team and work on a variety of insurance coverage matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters
Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters
Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation
Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and State of New York
5+ years coverage litigation experience in New York, New Jersey and beyond
Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D & O and property)
Experience in both third-party and first-party claims
Coverage analysis and writing experience
Superior analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
