Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join our Labor & Employment team in Washington, . This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, specifically class and representative actions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both wage and hour and discrimination cases, and have a strong understanding of class actions. This position offers a competitive salary range of $310,000 to $435,000, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent employers in labor and employment litigation cases, including class and representative actions for wage and hour and discrimination cases
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment-related issues
- Conduct internal investigations for clients on workplace complaints and issues
- Advise and assist clients with developing and implementing employment policies and practices
- Stay updated on labor and employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other members of the labor and employment team to provide high-quality legal services to clients
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and handle client communications in a professional and effective manner

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the District of Columbia Bar or ability to waive in
- 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably with a focus on employer-side litigation
- Strong understanding of class and representative actions, specifically in wage and hour and discrimination cases
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-volume workload
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:
