Law Firm is seeking a highly experienced Partner to join our Banking & Finance team. As a Partner, you will be responsible for managing banking and finance projects, conducting due diligence for complex transactions, and representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and lenders in debt finance transactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage banking and finance projects
- Conduct due diligence for complex transactions
- Represent private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and lenders in debt finance transactions
- Lead and advise in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and executing financing transactions
- Attend client conferences and seminars

Requirements:

- JD (or foreign law degree with LLM)
- 5 years of experience with finance transactions and complex commercial financing deals
- 5 years of experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and/or lenders in debt finance transactions
- Admitted to the NY Bar

Salary Information:

- Annual base compensation of $550,000 to $625,000
- Location: New York

Qualifications and Experience:

- JD (or foreign law degree with LLM)
- 5 years of experience with finance transactions and complex commercial financing deals
- 5 years of experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and/or lenders in debt finance transactions
- Admitted to the NY Bar
