Associate General Counsel – Pharmacy
The candidate will work on matters related to the Company’s pharmacy program, including licensing, compliance, strategy, and regulatory affairs. Will act as a strong partner to the healthcare business and product team. Work on a diverse range of legal matters regarding pharmacy and healthcare across the United States, including licensing, acquisitions, compliance, strategy, and regulatory affairs. Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders regarding licensing, regulatory, and operational matters. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations within the pharmacy and healthcare vertical. Build ongoing compliance processes. Support the development of a compliant pharmaceutical supply chain infrastructure. Own marketing program approvals. Work closely with the GM of Healthcare to plan and strategize expansion of the pharmacy and healthcare vertical. Must be in good standing and be admitted to a . state bar. Should have 5+ years experience with a minimum of 1 year of in-house work required. Must have deep knowledge of healthcare privacy laws. Experience with pharmacy licensing and compliance preferred.
