Responsibilities:

- Maintain electronic case files and update as needed
- Assist with preparation of legal documents
- Monitor attorney calendars and deadlines
- Complete expense reports and assist with client invoicing
- Book and organize travel arrangements
- Assist with bar admissions and CLE needs
- Run conflict checks and open new client engagements
- Oversee confidential and time-sensitive material
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of legal experience, preferably in labor and employment law
- Solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in ECF and California state e-filing systems
- Experience with document database systems and billing/expense reporting software preferred
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with punctuality and attendance
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience considered

Compensation:

- Hybrid position
- Expected salary range of to per hour in California
