The law firm Clyde & Co is seeking a Paralegal to join their Chicago office and provide support for their expanding general liability and products liability defense practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex product liability matters and commercial disputes, collaborating with clients, brokers, and insurers from around the world.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting and sending various legal documents to clients, counsel, and courts
- Filing and serving documents
- Managing case deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintaining a busy caseload
- Assisting with document review and organization
- Preparing privilege logs
- Assisting with depositions and transcript summaries
- Organizing case files
- Reviewing court dockets
- Coordinating expert and medical defenses
- Maintaining a calendar

Required Qualifications:

- College graduate
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Initiative and ability to focus on objectives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new software
- Prior litigation paralegal experience preferred
