Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, ., a leading civil defense litigation law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Employment and Professional Liability defense to join its Mt. Laurel, NJ office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for client interaction and growth within the firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in representing employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills. - Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey bar
- 1-3 years of experience in Employment and Professional Liability defense
- Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
