This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 2 or more years of experience in employment law, who is admitted to the bar in Texas or preparing to obtain such admission in 2024. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and a strong background in employment law, with a focus on counseling, transactional drafting, and litigation matters. As a member of the Labor & Employment Group, the Attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of employment-related issues, including hiring and separation, wage and hour, EEO, non-compete and trade secrets, employment policies and agreements, due diligence for corporate transactions, and more. This position offers meaningful responsibility and the chance to work on both single plaintiff and collective/class action cases, providing a well-rounded experience in the field of employment law. The successful candidate will have a strong research and writing background, as well as excellent public speaking skills. They should also have experience and responsibility in a broad base of employment issues. This position can be structured as either an Associate or Senior Counsel and is open to a reduced hours arrangement.
