Job Summary:
Join the team at Frost Brown Todd, a national law firm with over 1000 legal and business professionals in sixteen offices, as a Corporate Paralegal. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:
• Drafting documents for financing and commercial transactions
• Summarizing entity organizational documents and due diligence
• Updating deal checklists and tracking due diligence
• Preparing organizational documents for entities
• Creating stock certificates and transfer documents
• Coordinating searches for tax liens, UCC filings, and litigation
• Reviewing and summarizing search results
• Filing UCC and mortgage releases

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
• 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Experience with corporate filings, UCC searches, and minute books
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a team environment
