Law Firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their growing team in their Philadelphia office. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in the legal field, experience in insurance defense is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing civil litigation matters for trial.
Receive discovery documents from clients.
Review discovery materials.
Draft motions and discovery responses as well as other documents.
Draft and send out Subpoenas.
Set up independent medical examinations.
Review medical records and summarize important information.
Prepare for trial.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in the legal field; experience in insurance defense preferred but not required.
Experience in civil litigation is a plus, but not required.
Paralegal certificate or other related degree is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
