The Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a full-time position in Gainesville, FL. Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-claim investigation and legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
- Perform administrative duties such as calendar management and case file organization
- Assist with preparation of federal and state administrative filings
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence
- Assist with trial and arbitration preparation
- Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gather relevant information from various sources
- Liaise between trial teams and third parties
- Help with voir-dire, jury selection, and witness preparation
- Assist with case settlements
- Address client inquiries regarding case status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury law
- Experience with federal and state court litigation cases
- Familiarity with court rules and procedures
- Knowledge of legal technology and case management software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time-management and typing skills
- Professional demeanor and adherence to company dress code
- Paralegal associates degree or relevant certification preferred
