Summary: The law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant (PA) to join their expanding Office Administration Department. The position will primarily support the California and West coast offices, with the ability to work remotely from a state within the Pacific or Mountain time zone. The Floating PA will provide temporary support to attorneys and paralegals, and may also assist with new office openings and firm-wide projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a litigation practice assistant or legal secretary, with knowledge of federal and local rules and California processes and filings. Strong computer skills and excellent communication and organizational abilities are also required. The expected salary range for this position is between $48,000 and $100,000, depending on experience and location.
