Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are important qualities for success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary, as well as proficiency with MS Office and document management systems. Responsibilities for this position include opening files, maintaining file organization, drafting documents, and managing attorney calendars. The ideal candidate will also be able to docket court dates and handle other administrative duties as needed.
