H2: Responsibilities and Requirements for Our Paralegal Position

- Assist attorneys in all aspects of case management for general liability and construction defect cases
- Must have 5-10 years of litigation experience in either general liability or construction defect
- Trial experience required
- Organize and summarize medical records, depositions, and employment records
- Process and follow up on subpoenas for various records
- Communicate with experts and prepare materials for witness review
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High level of computer competency, including Microsoft Office Suite and trial preparation software
- Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with reliable attendance
- Must live in Tampa, Miami, or Boca Raton area
