Corporate/Transactional Paralegal
The candidate will be a team player, have 3+ years of experience in Transactional/ Corporate Law, and must be a self-starter who can work independently. Must be able to maintain excellent relations/communications with clients and firm management.
will include, but are not limited to: Preparing, finalizing and performing electronic filing using CM/ECF, and all related platforms for electronic filing in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Draft and record mortgages, satisfactions, and UCCs. An associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a degree in another field with a certificate in paralegal studies is required. Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills. Foreclosure/ bankruptcy experience is a plus.

Legal
