Law Firm Seeks Experienced Patent Agent in Molecular Biology with Competitive Salary

- Immediate transferable skills and strong academic background required
- Prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm preferred
- Background in life sciences and biotechnology preferred
- Registration with USPTO and advanced degree in molecular and cellular biology or similar discipline (excluding chemistry, medical device, or pharmaceutical sciences) preferred
- Litigation, opinions, licensing, patent due diligence, and/or trademark experience a plus
- Submit writing samples with application

Pay Transparency:

- Expected annual pay range of $120,000 - $225,000 for California-based employees
