Family Law Paralegal The candidate will conduct client intake. Draft and prepare for filing documents in Philadelphia and Montgomery County Family Law courts. Draft support, custody, and divorce papers/proceedings. An associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a degree in another field with a certificate in paralegal studies is required. Should have 3+ years of Family Law experience, required. Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills. Familiarity with Family Law software is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
