Job Summary:

As a Remote Employee Relations Partner, you will play a crucial role in promoting a positive work culture and resolving employee issues. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, providing guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and requires the candidate to live in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the administration of reported concerns and conduct investigations using ServiceNow and Navex systems
- Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Collaborate with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal teams to find solutions to complex employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide recommendations for addressing them proactively
- Maintain professional relationships with all levels of the organization and handle confidential information appropriately
- Stay up-to-date on legal requirements and employment legislation within the supported region
- Travel to company sites within the supported region as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of relevant experience
- Five (5) years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range from $60K to $70K, determined based on internal equity, market data, and applicant's skills and experience
