Wilson Elser is currently seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join their fast-paced and successful team in the Orlando office. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self-starter with defense litigation experience to advance their paralegal career.

H2: Qualifications and Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher is required; Paralegal Certificate is a plus
Medical malpractice defense experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Drafting and responding to discovery demands
Prepare, submit and follow up on HIPAA compliant authorizations and record requests
Assisting with motions, exhibit preparation, deposition preparation and trial preparation
Summarizing transcripts and other legal documents
