- Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents
- Coordinate document preparation and filing
- Manage attorney calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings
- Enter and coordinate docketing information
- Maintain electronic client files and indexes
- Prepare and mail trial and deposition prep binders
- Process expense reimbursements and client billing
- Assist with time record submissions
